This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Naturally Your Store Online Services (the Service) and the purchase of products from Naturally Yours Limited (referred to in these terms and conditions as Naturally Your Store, we, or us)

Purchasing from Naturally Your Store

Naturally Your Store online shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy, and secure shopping.

All features, content, specifications, products prices and images described or depicted on this web site are subject to change at any time without notice.

No liability for damage: We will use our best efforts to keep Naturally Your Store website free from viruses and errors. However, we do not accept liability for any damage or loss caused to your computer hardware, software, Internet connections or other peripherals as a result of your use of our website

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using internet banking. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment. Naturally Your Store does not hold onto cardholder information.

Personal Information: All personal information we collect about you passes through our secure server. We will keep all your personal information confidential. We will not sell or give any of your personal information to a third party without your permission.

All prices in the online shop are represented in local currency (NZD) for New Zealand, taxes are included and all prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.


Payment is by internet banking. Once your order is received you will receive an email with the banking details. Once the funds have cleared your order will be dispatched



We only ship to New Zealand addresses at present. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Orders received after 1pm Friday will be dispatched on the next business day.

Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Naturally Your Store will not be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly advised us of their address. Should you enter the wrong address, Naturally Your Store is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. If, for some reason the order is delayed or unavailable, we will contact you and offer a refund. Please note that rural deliveries may take several days.

How much will delivery cost?

We deliver New Zealand wide for $6.90. This is sent in a non-signature A4 or A5 size bag. If you wish your order to be sent with a signature please let us know by contact form or email for the additional cost to be calculated. If your order is large and does not fit in our bags we will contact you with additional shipping costs before your order will be dispatched.

Please note if you have a rural address you can select rural post which is an additional $3.50 or you can select normal post and your parcel will be taken to NZ post for dispatch or you can supply an alternative urban address for courier. There is now a pick up option and you will emailed when your parcel is ready for pickup. This will be a specified place and time)


Where is my order? Can I track my order?

If your order has been dispatched you will have received an email that contains the courier company and tracking number so you can track your order.


Cancellation Policy

Please make sure you are happy with your order before proceeding through the checkout. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.



Naturally Your Store takes every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order please email us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. Please choose carefully as due to the nature of some of our products they cannot be returned and we do not refund if you change your mind. If a refund is required, please notify us within 2 days and items are to be sent back in their original condition and must be received within 10 days of receipt. If items were sent in error from us, then we will happily pay for the return costs. Once we receive your returned items a credit card refund or reverse bank payment will be issued to you within 10 days and you will receive an email confirmation. (For direct credit payments we will require your bank account details for a refund) Postage and delivery costs are non-refundable for all exchanges except for damaged goods. Please ensure products are wrapped securely and appropriately. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

Our liability to you for defective product is limited to the remedies available to you as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act



Subject to our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act all products ordered by you are supplied on an “as is, where is” basis and Naturally Your Store makes no warranty as to the suitability or efficacy of any product beyond any manufacturer warranty included with the product.


Changes to Policies

We may, from time to time at our discretion, update or revise these policies. Any changes will take effect immediately once they are posted on our site. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been posted on our site signifies your acceptance of those changes.
