Christmas time
Happy holidays everyone. The kids are finished school and we are having lots of fun swimming and enjoying the sun although some rain for the garden would be great. The presents are bought and the tree is up so we are ready for the big day. This year we have gone through the toy box and the old clothes and packed them all up to give to foster children who often arrive in their foster families with only what they are wearing. It was so great to see the kids getting involved and picking toys they longer played with to give to someone else. We also took soft toys down to the school so the kids could write a little note just to say they were thinking of them. So sweet.
Back to School
Wow where did the summer holidays go. We had a pretty quiet time and just did a couple of day trips with lots of swims and going to the bike park. Hope everyone is feeling relaxed after their break and now the kids are back at school its time to think of healthy lunch box ideas and snacks. I always struggle with these for ideas and the time to make something but have decided it must be done.
